SECI invites proposals for developing green hydrogen hubs by 2025

Notable because

The NGHM aims to position India as a global hub for producing and exporting GH2. It proposes integrating production and consumption to overcome hydrogen storage and transport challenges via hydrogen hubs. In that context, SECI's request for proposals (RfP) seeks to establish two hubs of 100,000 metric tonne annual capacity each by FY26, with central financial assistance (CFA) of INR 200 crore. These hubs are expected to be a vital component of the GH2 ecosystem.
