Ritik is a Research Analyst with the Low Carbon Economy team at The Council. His interest lies in understanding the implication of various policy scenarios on climate change and understanding the carbon markets.

Ritik holds Masters in Science by research from IIT Madras. His thesis was focused on the advanced oxidation processes for water and wastewater remediation. During his masters, he was a part of the IGCS Summer School 2023 which was focussed in the renewable energy integration with the power grids. He has a background in Civil Engineering from MNIT Jaipur. 

Ritik likes to watch theatres and street plays. He wants to practice fitness activities like yoga and running occasionally. He is interested in exploring urban and rural landscapes on foot. He likes to read fiction and watch movies for pleasure.
