The Har Khet ko Pani program falls under the “Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana.” Its focus is to improve access to groundwater irrigation. The tool is filtering for all districts where the ‘Unirrigated net sown area’ is more than 50% to find areas where the lack of access to irrigation and the opportunity to expand irrigation cover.
