Vaibhav has joined The Council as a Consultant, with mandate to implement scalable technology and AI driven solutions in realm of Public Policy. His mission is to leverage latest advances across domains focusing on bridging the gap between technological innovation and public policy, aiming to create a more efficient, sustainable, and inclusive future.

Before joining The Council, Vaibhav worked in the development sector in consulting roles with PwC and DFID, focusing on projects in Smart Cities and Circular Economy. He was also part of the Corporate Strategy team at a Real Estate company, where he played a key role in implementing strategic technology solutions such as Smart Electricity Meters, Shared electric cycles, and Citizen services apps within India's largest private Smart City, Palava, in Mumbai. Furthermore, Vaibhav has experience as a product leader in startups, building a carbon-neutral logistics marketplace and developing Generative AI applications for manufacturing supply chains.

Vaibhav holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from IIT Roorkee and an MBA in Strategy from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Outside of work, Vaibhav is a technology enthusiast who enjoys learning and reading about data analytics and AI applications. For relaxation, Vaibhav turns to trekking, running and exploring new destinations in natural settings.
