CEEW gives a talk on water governance in India at a Princeton workshop

CEEW was amongst the few speakers invited to give a talk during a two-day workshop on "Hydrologic Cycle and Communicating Uncertainity" hosted by the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies (PIIRS), Princeton University on March 30 and 31. 

Based on the experience it gained while preparing the National Water Resources Framework Study, a detailed diagnosis of the water related issues in India which also proposed several policy recommendations, and was discussed by the Planning Commission of India ahead of the 12th Five Year Plan, CEEW was invited to give its perspective on regional water issues in the Indian subcontinent during the workshop. CEEW presented on 'Governance under uncertainty', focusing on data gaps and water governance in India.
