In a recent publication by the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), Nathalie Bernasconi-Osterwalder (IISD) and Vyoma Jha (CEEW) highlight relevant developments in international investment disputes. The different interpretations of investment treaties have implications for how climate and environment-related rules are linked to international investment regimes.
