Ambassador Shyam Saran's op-ed on CEEW's global governance work published in Business Standard

Ambassador Shyam Saran wrote an op-ed published by the Business Standard today on the need for nations to understand the complexity of real-world problems and to anticpate change in governance trends to deal with an unfamiliar, uncertain and transforming global landscape. In his article, he referred to the report published by the Working Group on India and Global Governance under the aegis of the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) to explore these issues and encourage national and international discourse on managing a changing world.
