CEEW speaks on challenges for institutions in providing decentralized energy access and promoting clean energy solutions.

CEEW contributed as a panelist in a session on Understanding Institutional Capacities during a roundtable on “Learning from emerging energy innovations in Asia  with  a  focus  on  energy  access/clean  energy: Contributing to the discourse  on  an  institutional  framework  for sustainable development” held in New Delhi on 31 January. During the discussion, CEEW examined and discussed challenges related to institutional capacity building faced by institutions in Asia involved in providing decentralized energy access and promoting clean energy solutions. The roundtable was jointly organised by the Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), the Institute for Global Environmental Studies (IGES), Japan and the Asian Energy Institute (AEI) and was supported  by the “Energy for All” Asian Development Bank.
