CEEW was a convening partner for a conference "Geoengineering Our Climate: Science, Ethics, and Governance

This conference was held in collaboration with Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). Prior to the conference, CEEW contributed abstracts on the subject thereby contributing to the exploration of the ‘human and social dimensions’ of the novel challenges and potential opportunities posed by emerging geoengineering research and technologies. During the conference, CEEW participated in discussions with Canadian and international policymakers, experts, academics and practitioners on geoengineering.
