CEEW - French Embassy Roundtable on 'Climate Change and Health Risks'

The Council on Energy, Environment and Water in association with the French Embassy in India hosted a roundtable on “Climate Change and Health Risks” on 28th August at the Embassy of France (Residence) New Delhi. Key speakers at the roundtable included:

  • Dr B.N. Satpathy, Consultant, NITI Aayog
  • Dr Ramesh Dhiman, National Institute of Malaria Research, Department of Health Research, Government of India 
  • Dr Dileep Mavalankar, Director, Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar 
  • Dr Hem H Dholakia, Research Associate, Council on Energy, Environment and Water ?(Moderator)

The roundtable was the 5th in the monthly series organised by Embassy of France in India in the run-up to the Paris Climate Change Conference (COP21) being held in December this year.
