In Press: CEO Dr Arunabha Ghosh's Column on 'Breaking through the climate chakravyuh' in Business Standard

In this latest column, Dr Ghosh discusses the climate-negotiation strategy that India must develop in response to the US-China deal. He suggests that when encircled in this climate battle, India will have to dispassionately develop a climate-negotiation strategy that combines surrender, fight from within, and have allies open up an escape route from outside.

He further emphaises that India should insist on a policy framework that promotes phasing down of HFCs. He also adds that India could lead other nations in the issues of energy access, energy efficiency, energy storage R&D, and low-carbon rural development.
