CEEW participates in World Economic Forum (WEF) 2014

CEEW CEO Dr Arunabha Ghosh was invited to provide thought leadership in the climate change and sustainability agenda at Davos 2014 in Switzerland. The Annual Meeting 2014 took place from 22 to 25 January under the theme: Reshaping of the World: Consequences for Society, Politics and Business.

Dr Ghosh engaged in discussions on varied climate change-related issues ranging from short-lived climate pollutants to catalysing green investment, ending deforestation from supply chains by 2020 to water resource management.

Participating in WEF 2014 were over 2,500 leaders from nearly 100 countries, including 300 public figures, 1,500 business leaders and representatives from civil society, academia, the media and arts.
