Another CEEW op-ed on clean energy in The Economic Times

Mr Jamshyd N. Godrej, Co-chairperson of CEEW, wrote a timely op-ed titled "Bring in smart policies, clear the air on clean energy'' that coincides with the Clean Energy Ministerial proceedings being held in New Delhi this year. The op-ed outlines three major barriers pertaining to renewable energy growth in India - Private equity and venture capital investments in the renewable sector, lack of strong and consistent policy signals leading to lack of innovation in the sector, and excessive fossil fuel subsidies.
