International Conference on Environmental Compliance and Enforcement – the Emerging Global Trend (ICECE-2013) organised by West Bengal Pollution Control Board and Environment Compliance Assistance Centre West Bengal encourages interactions among representatives of regulatory bodies and institutions from across the world on leading regulatory practices and interventions and their effectiveness.
