Dr Arunabha Ghosh from CEEW presented at the German Marshall Fund Trilateral Conference

The German Marshall Fund organised a conference during the two-day India Trilateral Forum that convened Indian, American and European policymakers and thought leaders to discuss areas of shared political, social and economic objectives. Dr Arunabha Ghosh, moderated a session on “Freedom of Access to New Frontiers:Maintaining open access to the space and cyber domains”. In a report on India and Global Governance, published by CEEW and submitted to the National Security Adviser of India, CEEW explored India’s interests and strategy on cyber security amongst a host of other global governance issues like money, finance and investment, international trade, non-proliferation, energy and climate, oceans, outer space, peace and security.
