Kamal Kumar Singh is a Finance and Accounts Executive at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW). He manages The Council’s day-to-day finances, including bank reconciliations, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments. He facilitates the efficient functioning of The Council’s daily work, maintains records for The Council’s statutory compliances and project-specific funding, and keeps a close watch on The Council’s expenses.

Prior to joining The Council, Kamal spent nine years working with various chartered accounting firms based in Delhi and handled company accounts, income tax requirements, service tax requirements, Provident Fund management, auditing and internal control.

Kamal has completed extensive practical training and passed the Common Proficiency Test (CPT) & 1st Group of CA-Inter from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi. He has also taken a professional course on GST & Information Technology Training from ICAI. He holds an Excel certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
