Abhinandan Khajuria

Research Analyst

Abhinandan is a Research Analyst with the Technology Futures team at The Council. His research includes understanding low carbon technologies, tracking national and international policy related to the sector, and stakeholder engagements furthering energy transition. Additionally, he works on developing policy databases for key technologies at the Council.

Abhinandan holds a Masters degree in Public Policy (MPP) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. As part of his dissertation work, Abhinandan worked on understanding the impact of adverse climatic events on access to public services for low-income groups. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar and is also an alum of the Global Policy, Diplomacy and Sustainability (GPODS) fellowship.

Beyond work, Abhinandan likes to indulge in conversations around climate change and ecocentrism. He has a keen interest in poetry and films. As an avid football enthusiast, he takes game banter very seriously.
